<p>Unless you buy a one-off box then subscriptions will renew automatically monthly depending on the 3, or 6 month plan you have chosen. You can cancel at anytime before your next renewal through your customer account.</p>

<p><strong>Refunds and exchanges</strong></p>
<p>In the first instance please contact us at <a href="mailto:funicsboxes@gmail.com">funicsboxes@gmail.com</a> if you have a problem with your order. We are always ready to help.</p>
<p>You can return any items that you are not satisfied with within 28 days of delivery. The items must not have been used and be in new condition otherwise will be unable to refund your items. When you return items please include your contact details and your order number. Please include the reason for your return.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for paying the return postage for the items and we suggest you send it via a tracked service to ensure that it reaches us.</p>

<p>Once we receive your items, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your items. We will also send you an email when your exchange or refund has been processed.</p>

<p>All our boxes are sent Royal Mail Second Class and postage and packing is included in the price.</p>
